"It was one the most amazing stays of my wanderlust life. The atmosphere, personnel, food, installations and of course the view. We were able to see the Mt. Fuji all the way to the top!
Our two meals were something else. The private hot springs are so peaceful and relaxing.

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. "This is one of our favorite hotels, and we have stayed here many times. We adore the room's view and the rooftop open-air hot bath, especially when it snows—it's truly amazing.
