"I’ve stayed here several times and have never had an issue, however this past time that I stayed there I encountered a couple of issues. First I was disappointed because housekeeping didn’t touch my room during my stay, although I let front desk know, they brought clean towels up to the room, but lack of cleanliness remained. Second issue was with their buffet style breakfast, when I was about to serve myself the season diced potatoes, I noticed a hair in there to which I quickly let staff know...

"There was a stale carpet smell in our rooms and in the hallways when you get off the elevator. The ladies downstairs were very helpful at the front desk. They offered to change our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) and they also came in with Lysol and sprayed."

"Whitney was a breath of fresh air at the check in. She made everything feel so seamless with an early check in. Superb hotel for a short stay and a great pool to cool off in that Texas sun!"

"Air conditioner in poor working condition. Hot room and night. Bath tub faucet came off and I put it back together. I told the front desk at checkout and he was very rude. No apologies. All he said was “I’ll tell engineering “. I’m never coming back. At $300 a night I expect more. I should get a refund. 👎"

"It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. Flush is horrible. Hotel got a gas leak, couldn’t sleep and breath well. Therefore no hot water in the shower. All and all, the wors stay...

"This hotel does not be served a luxury classification, we supposed to get a complementary bottle of something which was not handed to us, in addition the front desk reception was below average in explaining anything related to the hotel. This hotel classifies for me as 3 stars"
