"Everyone is so friendly and courteous here at the hotel. Dining experience in the hotel is excellent. Food is top notch. Security is good. The only issue is the glass doors for the room toilets. Feels weird/awkward. Even though it's obscure glass, it still feels weird - unless your staying by yourself."

"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "The room/apartment was immaculate, the bed was incredibly comfy, and the view from the balcony was superb. Hot water was immediate in the wonderful shower. On top of that, Kenny, the property manager was efficient, caring, friendly, and always available."

"Everything was great. 1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good. 2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. "Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. "Spacious & clean room in a beautifully restored building. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast selection was adequate. Dined in the restaurant for dinner which was excellent. Only negative is the location, a bit far away from V&A waterfront & mall out the front of hotel felt a little unsafe at times."
