Overall our stay was very good, and i would return. However the biggest disappointments : very hard, uncomfortable, and SMALL king beds?? (And we’ve traveled all over the world, our bed was small). Several days we weren’t able to order hot breakfast even though we paid for it bc they were “out of a lot of things” (buffet was also lacking those days). I had emailed MONTHS in advance about a late checkout, and received an email back from the GM guaranteeing this with the cost which i agreed to. Upon checking in we were told this was indeed not an option and so we had to switch rooms the last day, which is just a big inconvenience. Restaurant and bar staff was exceptional. Location can’t be beat for exploring all of Cape Town

What an amazing team at the Hotel! Stephan at Check in, “queen z” at breakfast and almost everyone else at the hotel made me feel like I’m at home! There was a 2 min fire alarm one day and the GM knew exactly who all was disturbed by it, he came and apologized to every single guest personally! The location is amazing, the views are to die for, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great - what else could you ask for? They really know what going above and beyond truly means! This was my third stay and I’ll surely be back! Thank you everyone!

Good clean hotel in the middle of Garden. Perfect location and nice rooms. Only minus point is that it is in a vibrant part of town, so music can keep you from falling asleep.

Good Hotel would recommend

It was a beautiful hotel in a good location, had a mishap and the staff members were very attentive to ensure my stay was pleasant. The area feels safe and the hotel has good staff members. The rooms are also big and look exactly like the images online.

Certainly the place to be in Cape town...so many restaurants.. supermarkets in walking distance. Safe parking at R100 a day and lovely pool and restaurant. Would have loved proper coffee...plunger etc and a little bit noisy...bit normal for its pis

Lovely hotel in Gardens.

What a truly lovely hotel a nice find will definitely return. Staff all were excellent so friendly and helpful. Room I stayed in a Pod was small but fabulous views I sat most days and nights watching the mountain change colours i eat four times in restaurant which was also nice. My openly criticism would be more loungers round the pool.

Friendly and helpful staff. They did resolve a late night noise problem with the guest in the next room. Maintenance of the room and hallways need attention. Our floor was dirty. The breakfast was substantial. Parking (additional cost) was convenient.

I loved this hotel- it was clean, stylish, lovely room and bathroom and great staff, wonderful breakfast and incredible views of Table Mountain. My only complaint is that it was quite noisy in my room which faced the street. Very much recommended but with earplugs!

Get a table mount view room.

The place is honestly in a fabulous location. Kloof street has so much going on any day of the week and it's nice and easy to get to the waterfront. The rooms are what you need them to be and the bed was actually incredible, such a good nights sleep. If you can get a room with a Table mount view... do it.
