"Everyone is so friendly and courteous here at the hotel. Dining experience in the hotel is excellent. Food is top notch. Security is good. The only issue is the glass doors for the room toilets. Feels weird/awkward. Even though it's obscure glass, it still feels weird - unless your staying by yourself."

"Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry).
