"Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep."

"Excellent property for the price. The room had everything in it we needed. All very clean. Staff lovely, friendly and supper efficient. Breakfast came as a nice surprise. Plenty of choice and hot drinks were available 24hrs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to all. The only off point is the price of parking. £24 for 24 hours but they did a deal with a car park a bit further away £18 . "

"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would...

"Lovely hotel very close to the station. I was worried about the noise from the pubs across the street but couldn’t hear anything once in the room. Very clean room with air con which was a plus as it was very hot outside. Friendly staff, was able to leave my bag in secure baggage room for the day before my evening train.
