The building is not new, the furniture might seem dated but very functional and no visible defects and had a very good sleep , very comfy bed and all linesn and bathroom and everything else very clean. "Whilst the room was relatively clean, it did not resemble the advertised pictures. It was more like a HMO than a ‘hotel’ or ‘B&B’. There is a number lock to enter the building and then another number lock on the bedroom door - no staff. - and more like poor student digs. The room was a Victorian front room converted and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. In the morning I was bitten by some smaller occupants of the room!!! "I was late arriving, but the communication and direction from Jacqueline was perfect. Probably the most peaceful night sleep I have had in a long time. Everything was taken care of. stunning cooked breakfast with plenty of other options. I will be staying here again on my next visit to Norwich "
