"Had a lovely stay at Union Street. Very clean. Bed was comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great location for the Cathedral quarter of the city and close to some amazing restaurants. Only issue was the parking having to pay for parking when the advert stated freebies such as self parking. "

"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"A lovely stay with our Cavalier King Charles dog called Bella. The breakfast's were excellent and there was a good choice for the evening meal. Our room was OK but had a sloping roof and not very easy to stay clear of when getting into and out of bed. The pubs location was good and the journey into Lincoln by car very easy. "

"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
