"I checked into the hotel..had booked for one night as a solo traveller as at a gig in Dundee. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel which is a bonus. The owner of the hotel met me at the front door and checked me into room 5 quickly, she was very friendly and was helpful. The room was quite small ..there was a curtain over the door for the bathroom...was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned but it did say on it it was "dry clean only" as was suede material.......the bottom...

"The location was perfect, right at the top with easy access to all of the city. It had an amazing view and was quite quaint. The service was top notch. She greeted us as we arrived and made sure we knew everything about the place and gave us help to find anything else in the city. The room was quite spacious and had an actual King size bed. "Room was clean and comfy, however we arrived, keys didn’t work, I booked a twin room, but it was a double, told no twins were available,when in the first room, the window wouldn’t shut, so we were moved to a smaller room. Continental breakfast was terrible, consisted of ham, beef, cream cheese, initially no bread, but some was brought (sliced)and pastries came, when we were finished, coffee when it arrived was like tar. Staff were friendly and helpful"
