"Ideal for short break"

"Nice friendly staff. However both elevators were broken when we arrived. One had been out of order for 2 weeks. The other went out of order the day we arrived. We had to wait 3 hours for a technician to sort it. Having ordered an accessible bedroom, which was in the 3rd floor, this is completely unacceptable. Nice hotel though and helpful staff"

It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. "The room was clean but the whole hotel is in need of refurbishment as its very old and dated. I went down to the restaurant but there was no one there so I didn't bother staying. I wouldn't stay there again."
