Hotel staff didn’t tell all the information during check in that paid car park rules, breakfast, no room service, no reception contact from room. If I knew these constraints I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. There is better options available for the same price.,the rooms are very small."

"Room was clean and comfy, however we arrived, keys didn’t work, I booked a twin room, but it was a double, told no twins were available,when in the first room, the window wouldn’t shut, so we were moved to a smaller room. Continental breakfast was terrible, consisted of ham, beef, cream cheese, initially no bread, but some was brought (sliced)and pastries came, when we were finished, coffee when it arrived was like tar. Staff were friendly and helpful"
