I bring my elderly parents and my special needs little brother thanks to the staff on duty (regret didn't remember his name) we got to change to ground floor room since they are unable to climb the stairs. "3 nights stay. Room and bathroom were very clean. Good A/C. There is an adjoining door to the neighbor so when they were talking loud i could hear it through my room. Other than that, it is very quiet. Not accessible to Ipoh Old town by foot. Easy to get a Grab car. Overall pleasant stay."
