I have dish towels thicker than the bath towels at this place. There are no tissues, hair dryer, and we had to ask for toilet paper. Don't expect typical hotel amenities you would find at other hotels. I would only stay here for convenience.

MH Hotel Sentral - a good choice

The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are huge. However, could do with proper house keeping as several standard essentials were not found in the room i.e. hair dryer, bedroom slippers etc and we have to keep calling House Keeping to bring over. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs which makes it convenient for meals. Overall, will consider staying again the next time I visit as it is considered the only 'presentable' hotel thus far, in this location. The other commendable thing is I left my necklace in the room upon check-out. When I discovered, I quickly called the Reception and they went to the room to locate and found the item. This shows that the staff there are responsible and trustworthy lot.

Simple hotel with minimum faciclities.

The room does not even has a fridge except for their executive rooms. This information was not made available at the point of booking. There are dead crockroaches in the room too.

Worth and satisfied

I can't found any other cheaper hotel nearby, so i choose this hotel which is over my budget, but it is all worth and satisfied for that price~ Big room with full window view (with balcony), i like its long big writing desk too~! great for doing some work in room. Very recommend~

Overall the room is clean and comfortable, need to improve on the front desk service as the lady who managed our check in was unfriendly, but the night shift guy was very helpful and friendly. The water pipe near the toilet bowl was leaking. Location of the hotel is slightly far from Ipoh town. Otherwise all good.
