"Location, location. Few minutes away from LRT, walking distance to Pavilion and shopping area. Beside that, room was good, water pressure ok. I just don’t like elevators taking too long, sometime need to wait for more than 5 minutes to go to my floor (19) during peak time. But overall giving 4 stars out of 5"

"The room was okay . The towels were old and ripping on the edges . The rug in the room was old and didn’t look appealing. The bathroom was also old . The sink was not draining . When I called someone came and plunged it for it to drain . "

"Great location - 5 minute walk to Berjaya Time Square (great for affordable shopping) and 10 minutes to Jalan Alor Street Food with plenty of other shops along the way. Staff and amenities were fantastic :) Would stay here again."
