The room was in good condition and the staff were lovely. However the room was very basic and a little worn. The hotel is next to a 7/11 which was super useful but there wasn’t much else nearby. The food also wasn’t all that appetising. Great business hotel but not ideal for travelling. I should have done more research before booking here.

Typical decent business hotel

Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Had to pay tourist tax on top which I didn’t at any other hotel I booked in Malaysia through another site.

Superb stay

Even if for just 1 night, my stay was super. I'm very picky with hotels and restaurant and above all service. The swimming pool in the roof was great, the room was massive, and the breakfast was an endless buffet. I would have loved to spend more time in this hotel. Something that i really liked was the staff always smiling and focused on the customers. Something that I found out to be very rare in Malaysia. Well done!

Very nice stay

Had a fantastic couple of nights.. just 2 little things, I couldn’t turn the aircon down so I was really cold and the WiFi kept dropping out which was annoying. Helpful staff, beautiful pool, nice bresiand discount for over 60!

We had a balcony room and it was noisy until Midnight from the food trucks/music across the street. The hotel is average and the Air-conditioning was running all night, without ever reaching the set temperature. The bed was comfortable. Just ok for one night.
