"It was an amazing stay at this property, "Rainbow Suites At Times Square". The location was great. The swimming pool was on level 15th which was very big. There was a big shopping mall in the middle of the hotel. The host was so amiable."

"Only two positives - air conditioned and a fantastic view over the city from 32 floors up including Petrona Towers and Merdeka Tower. This is not a hotel but serviced apartments. No reception desk etc. Hard to find in large shopping centre. People on mobiles contacting people responsible for the apartment. They could not find my expedia booking. "ホテルの窓口が非常に分かりにくいので、かなり迷いました。知り合いに聞いたら、ホテルとは別で民泊みたいなものだそうです。しかし部屋は広く35階で眺望は最高でした。またプールもホテルとしては広く良かった。利便性は最高でした。下には綺麗なショッピングモールが盛業していました。ただ部屋の電子キーが調子が悪く苦労をしました。"

"Property is located near the lift, amazing views, decent facilities. But no amenities like coffee, tea etc provided, barely there utensils. Water leaking in faucets, tv channels next to none, a/c not so cold anymore, shiwer water draining all over toilet floor. Phone number listed is wrong & so non-responsive."

"Family reunion with the children & grandchildren. The 2 bedroom suite with separate shower & bathtubs attached to the designated bedroom is a great idea. The living room is spacious for the kids to run around. The kitchen has no stove but a microwave oven is available if some basic cooking is required. Overall a very comfortable & enjoyable family weekend stay . For improvements, the sofa set badly needs to be refurbished & a kid's channel added to the tv program"

Ritz Carlton, really?!

"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met. Turndown service was not done on the third evening. Very, very little TV channels. Food and beverage offered at the executive club lounge were limited and nothing extraordinary. Parking fee (for executive club suite) was RM15 for 4 hours! Not a single cent discount?!"

Good experience for business event!

"Booked it for business event. Staff is very nice to give us the executive room with a separate working room. Overall everything went well, hotel are able to send us more chairs after our request, my guests are able to get free parking. Just that the Wifi couldn't connect on the second day due to reached amount of users."
