Receiption can't be contacted by phone and have to rund down to reach them, and not one working at night incase of an emergency 2. No extra key given as 2 pax as our appointment time varies and we had difficulties 3. Refused to give me 2 single bed room 4. Noisy from next door room like loud laughing and phone sound or vibrating middle of the night non stop 5. Toilet need some attention like flush and shower...
