"Airconditioning turns on and off every 10 minutes. Room phone not working so you have to go to the lobby to complain. Complained with the receptionist, says the maintenance crew will attend to my room, does not come at all. Took a 3 bed room, came with only 2 sets of pillows. Complained about this, same case, housekeeping did not come either. Thankfully only stayed one night. Staff not equipped to handle high occupancy rate. Only saving grace for the hotel is it's location and convenience....

"Great location - walkable to Nasi Minang near Caltex, nasi kandar line clear and many others. Brand new hotel so everything is nice and clean. Room was not too big but enough for 2. Parking is onsite. Plenty of plug points in the room to charge devices. Comfortable bed. The minimalist Scandinavian interior decor is very pleasing. Coway water machine is available near the lift (no bottled water in room). The negatives are - kettle, cups and spoons are provided but not coffee. So bring your own....

"receptionist system have to improve...long Q and take more than 1 hour for check out, i heard that same situation when check in but because i am check in late so i don't have this problem. I try to borrow basket and wish to buy some ice cube from bar reception but they said don't have...Lousy service..The room is a bit old but overall still ok..."

"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. Quality need to improved.
"Stayed here before and because of that we decided to repeat the stay. Unfortunately, now unsure to come back there more. 1. Room Ordered for king size bed but was given 2single bed combine to 1. After complaint, wait 30 min to get room changes. 2. By 3pm next day cleaning was not done and have to call and request 3. Housekeeping staff was very smelly and left the odour at the room and walk away area (Hygeine should be 1st thing to be details ) 4. The bedsheet and pillow have a some kind smell similar to housekeeping staff 5 Star hotel should have the expectation of 5 star services. "
