"Excellent staff when meet in person and I hope someone can allow the message to be respond when I send on Expedia. Try to send message on Expedia prior to arrival in advance but never get any reply. Property is amazing and staff is excellent. Highly recommend if the staff can access to reply any message or someone who in charge should be responsible to reply in hour or same business day.
