After complaint, wait 30 min to get room changes. 2. By 3pm next day cleaning was not done and have to call and request 3. Housekeeping staff was very smelly and left the odour at the room and walk away area (Hygeine should be 1st thing to be details ) 4. The bedsheet and pillow have a some kind smell similar to housekeeping staff 5 Star hotel should have the expectation of 5 star services. "
