"Not able to use the air conditioner. It is automatically scheduled. Road to location is dirt road, road inside complex is also dirt road. Complex is in the middle of of nowhere, no taxis pass by. Had trouble with Wi-Fi. Did not received the name of building only 103, but all buildings have a 103 apartment. We were trying to get in the wrong apartment and the owners got upset, because of lack of information."

"The room was beautiful, but there were roaches (I understand that in tropical locations/ jungle locations it tends to be harder to get rid of them but it was still unfortunate to see), the room was not cleaned while I was there and evidence of the room merely being turned down was done since the dead bugs found in the room were not removed from the floor during my stay. Be mindful if staying in the swim out rooms that the sliding door to the pool do not have a handle to pull the door back open, you could leave the door open with the screen door closed but the ac will turn off (as it should to preserve energy). There were a lot of nice amenities in the room, I was given an upgrade to preferred so this may affect what was provided in the room, but they give you a small sample of sunscreen and mosquito repellent (I used what was provided in the room and my own repellent and still got bit up so bear that in mind if you are sensitive to mosquito bites). There was a beach bag that you get to keep, robes, slippers, a sewing kit, shower cap, and very nice soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion provided. The room also has a large safe, ample storage, no vanity area, but a small extendable mirror with a light for makeup application (which you will need to stand to utilize). The breakfast was lack luster in flavor and was very "American". The dinner restaurants were better but lacked seasoning at the outdoor grill restaurant. The French restaurant was far better in terms of taste. "

"Kitchen was not clean. Microvawe was dirty. There were cigarette ashes on the cups. The rust on appliances is a given because its so close to the sea. There is a non existent front desk staff. Only whats app. "

"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks and a place for yoga or meditation. The onsite caretaker was friendly and helpful, even offering us some mosquito repellent. Pool and grounds were cleaned daily. I highly recommend!"

"The place was amazing. The staff were so sweet, and it was a great stay. I wish the private pool were more of a hot tub bc it was pretty cold, but still a luxury."
