"The staff was so helpful. The hotel is very convenient if you have a rental car, which we did. The private pool area of the hotel room was beautiful. The copper bathtub gave it a very unique touch. I would definitely stay here again."

"The house is beautiful, cozy, and even nicer than the photos. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, all working perfectly. The condominium is very safe, quiet, and peaceful, with good privacy despite the houses being close together. Waking up to birds singing in the morning was lovely. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
