"Ended up not staying after checking in. During check in some other guest playing pool made for an uncomfortable and uneasy experience while my gf was attempting to gather her bags from the car. Seeing she was traveling cross country by herself decided it was best to move to a different location."

"The room was rather small, and the sink was not inside of the bathroom area, which made it inconvenient to get ready in the morning while my family slept however, it was clean and conveniently located to where I needed to go"

"$521 for a room that you have to stand on a still to look out at the view. The rooms are nice, nice furnishings. No breakfast. Man at the desk said they raised prices because hotels nearby were booked."

"If you are interested in a luxury hotel, there are better choices. This place is overrun with children, people laying on the floor of the lobby, people in sweats and pajamas hanging out in the bar. It is a newer hotel than some of the beautiful hotels on the plaza, but I will from now on choose to return to the plaza. Valet parking was never an option. Doormen were inattentive and not helpful. Front desk slow and not responsive to concerns. We did have a lovely dinner at 1587 and I hope it will soon find a new location for the restaurant. "
