The property was downtown and close walking distance to all the attractions. It was on a quiet area and had onsite parking. The young man at the front desk was funny and helpful upon check in. We ate dinner at the hotel and the waitress/bartender as friendly and helpful with my dietary restrictions. We would choose this hotel again.

It was one of my most outstanding stays at a hotel in ages from the minute we walked in until we left the next morning. Quentin has outstanding customer service skills and made you feel welcome and appreciated. The food was exceptional and Rachel took care of our group of 10 like no other. She was not only waiting on us but also the other people in the bar. We totally enjoyed her and appreciated how efficient she was. Lots of fun. The entire place was very updated, clean and very comfortable. None of us could find one negative thing about this Holiday Inn. I highly recommend and we will be back next time there is an event in KC. Thank you for an exceptional stay. Thanks again Quentin and Rachel. You are the best!
