"From the moment we arrived, we received an exceptional welcome. Our host was warm, friendly, and took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property, making us feel right at home. His wife prepared a delicious homemade breakfast each morning, which was a real highlight of our stay. The location was perfect—centrally situated and conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area."

"Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and helpful. First day when you walk in there is people in the lobby showing interest to help you but the only thing they want from you is to sell you a membership for “Exclusive Travelers Rewards”. The presentation takes 4 to 5 hours and the membership cost 100k for Infinity, 50k for Platinum and 20k for gold. A complete waste of time."

"Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again."

"Pools were nice, two slides at the water park were not working, beach was unusable due to sargasm stench and presence, staff was friendly and helpful, bar service was slow even when not crowded, buffet quality and selection was not that great."

"Hotel room was ok, and it was good value for money. However, at check-in time, I was charged almost 8% extra when I paid in DOP currency using my Credit Card."

"This is the second time coming to this resort and still love it. The only difference this time was the food portion in the actual restaurant, I feel like we got more food last time in the French restaurant. We ended up getting the same plates from last time we were there, My food was great but my husbands food was so small it looked like a kids meal so they gave him a second plate. But other than that we had a blast, would definitely go again if god permits"
