"The hotel was very good, staff was very attentive. My coffee makes was broken and I called the front desk to inform about the situation. The person that came checked it and called someone else, this second person confirmed the coffee maker was broken and said she will send a new one. Since it was check out time, I was told I could get coffee from the lobby but when I got there it was finished already."

There are absolutely no services available. It's all on you to figure out. The property provides directions which don't always come through timely or in easily readable format. "This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. "Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!"

"Always a pleasure at The Study - in town to visit with my son at Drexel. I inquired about the possibility of a complimentary upgrade, which was honored; the king room was upgraded to a king suite. The extra room was perfect for when my son came to hang out. We will always come back here."
