"Great view, and they don’t expect you to do chores before checking out that I appreciate. However the parking situation would’ve been great if there was better communication. I paid for parking, there was no instructions on how to get in, the pin. They told me to head to parking but waited outside for 15 minutes trying to figure it out on an extremely busy road. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Room was great, but parking needs to be explained better. Other guests told me the same as well."

"Great rooftop, strong but noisy A/C, spacious. Needs renovations - ceiling na other paint peeling off, rough around the edges overall. Location is a bit deserted, not pleasant to walk around, borderline sketchy. Pricey considering those downsides."

"The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was nice each morning. The downside is the location. There is a rough part of Philadelphia and a nice part of town. The hotel is on the border between them. The parking is across Vine Ave which is a short walk and has in and out privileges, but at night, is a bit daunting."

"Room 910 has a kitchenette with a table and two chairs, m/w, fridge, dishes, glassware, silverware, paper towels, toaster, and gas oven. The interior of fridge was clean & cold upon arrival. K-cups for tea/coffee available. Plenty of closet space a sitting chair w/ottoman and a desk w/roller chair. Not a balcony room. Very spacious. Comfy queen beds. Once you figure out the water fixture in the shower, every time you take a shower after setting the water, it flows immediately at the temp you...

"Good for a quick stay. The rooms are a little small, lacks view and could be updated."

"Great staff but could use a little updating/repair. The building is beautiful as it was an old bank and has a grand lobby. The elevators were shaky/creaky and some of the panels had cracks in them. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Rooms were clean. Convenient location, next to convention center and a couple of blocks from the terminal market."
