"There was nothing not to like.the staff always smiling, very helpful, front desk made checkin and check out easy. They have shuttles to take you to the beach and shopping centres. The food was really good.laundry service was excellent,same day service with a smile. Rooms very spacious and spotless clean.will definitely recommend hotel to friends and family."

"When I reached , I was instantly escorted to my Suite . However the hot water wasn't working very well and also the Air Con. When i called in for service , my room service arrived immediately and checked the faults . After an hour time the Air Con was fixed , it couldn't have been any faster. The hot water indeed takes time and I was pretty much convinced by the logic why the hot water took so long. They empathized on the issue and kept doing checks if everything was OK.
