"It's only 11th Nov, outside weather still around 20c, the hotel already stop operate the AIRCOND. Night mare, you can't have good sleep due to warm room, after complain to staff nothing they can do. "

"It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "
