"Stayed for one night. Quick and seamless check in, with friendly staff. We went to our room expecting bags to be brought up, but although it was only a few minutes they hadn’t arrived I chose to go back down and get them. No real issue, just mentioning. Room was great with a nice sea view, and breakfast was lovely. All in all this was a very nice hotel and worth staying in to walk to the Colaba area to sightsee"

"Staff was extremely courteous. Since my stay included breakfast, this hotel serves the best breakfast spread and the serving staff is very responsive as well. The only downside to this hotel is that the rooms don't have closet space so no matter how many number of nights you are staying with them, you have to live out of your suitcase, which is not my style - and for those who don't care about this - I would highly recommend this hotel. "The room was spotless, the staff were always helpful and on point. Fresh water, tea and coffee each day. A large, quiet room. And a very quaint elevator, retaining the original feel of the building. Breakfast was included for us and it was simple but certainly adequate. Fruit, cereal, toast, muffins, omlettes and a good selection of Indian favourites. We ate dinner in the restaurant a few times. The food was always tasty, although not always the same as "home", but hey, it's India. If I wanted things to be the same, what's the point of travelling? "

"The entire experience was wonderful. From the minute we arrived till the time we left. All of the staff was very attentive and professional. Our room was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast is amazing. We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to Mumbai "
