What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone from reception to dining and housekeeping was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Pan Singh, Ballu, and Rasjesh, who truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made a big difference. I've stayed at other great hotels in Mumbai but this has best the best. Breakfast was at times busy but we always went at peak time and its full occupancy. All the staff are incredibly courteous, helpful and polite. "
