"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het geheel is antiek, eclectisch ingericht met veel bijzondere items. Het ontbijt is verrukkelijk: vers bereid. De tuin heeft tal van leuke zitjes en een mooi zwembad wat helaas voor begin april nog te koud was om in te zwemmen. Kortom zeker aan te raden."

Staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed on half board, great choice at buffet breakfast. Dinner was a lovely three course, which we enjoyed every night during our five night stay. Would highly recommend."

"Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! Thank you for a beautiful holiday week Riu Madeira! "

"We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception. The room was a great size with a small patio area overlooking the lush gardens. We had dinner in the restauarant on our first night, which was excellent, service was impeccable. We used the bar a couple of times, loving the idea that we got to choose our "Happy Hour", we also...
