"We have stayed here at least 3 times for appointments we have had in Charleston and always a good experience. "

"Only thing good about this property good is the parking and prices. The bed comforters had burn holes along with the blankets. The bed light barely worked. The roaches are horrible as hell. The chair are rusty along with the towel rack. The laundry the towels are stained with hair in them still. My bathroom still had soap paper behind the door. "

This hotel is in a convenient area outside of downtown Charleston if you are looking to explore some of the southern areas around Charleston. "

"The shower was moldy in both rooms I was put in. The first room had one screw holding the safety latch thing on the door so they put me in another room since they had no one to put in a screw!!!! The pool to which they share with Best Western next door was ABSOLUTLY NASTY. Broken umbrellas, broken chairs and FILTHY tables where you wouldn't want to put your drink down on them. The pool looked cloudy and I wouldn't even put my big toe in it let alone my body!!! SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will...

"Parking is a bit of a nightmare after 10:00 pm. If you want parking, parking before 9:00 to ensure you have a spot. Otherwise the stay was great. Clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was good, really enjoyed the cinnamon roll waffles. Overall great stay. "

"We have stayed at this Best Western location many times over the last 5 or 6 years, but this was our worst experience. The rooms were mostly clean. The breakfast was mostly fine. The staff was mostly friendly. The pool was not clean - as in, we couldn't swim in it - and we came during spring break. My biggest issue was with the person at the front desk when we checked in. He was friendly and professional initially. But his response when I asked"

"There was no bedding for the sofa sleeper, when i called to request the bedding, the staff at the front desk said she would have the bedding brought to the room. They never did. I also did not receive bonvoy points for the stay."

"Very clean hotel with attentive staff in a perfect location. Kimberly, at the front desk, was very helpful though she could use the help of a concierge. Not an easy task to wear both hats but she balanced both. Izzy was lots of fun at the bar. I had a small issue and Kristen and the rest of the staff more than made up for it. My only negative is that the shade in my room really needed replacing as it was held together with large safety pins, and kind of an eyesore. Would definitely return."

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Restaurant and courtyard were great to eat, drink, do a little work and get some sun. Gym is adequate for a quick workout. Walking distance to the harbor, bay, and all the great food and drink in town along, with historical sights. Staff was great."
