"I found a mask on the floor of my room. I threw it in trash can of the bedroom. There should be ice and vending machines on every floor for convenience sake. I had to travel down the first floor to get something to drink. The bed was comfortable and staff seemed helpful. Checking out was easy and so was checking in"

"staff was very friendly and accommodating. only item that was in bad shape were the carpets, they all needed to be replaced. as i was leaving i did notice that some of the baseboards were off on one end of the building so! i'm assuming that carpets are being replaced one area at a time."

"This is our choice motel when we're in the West Memphis area. We are never disappointed. Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable with clean linens. Bath linens were fluffy and nicer than expected. Shower wall-pump shampoo is a very nice addition. Complimentary breakfast was limited to waffles, juice and coffee, but the waffles are hot and delicious. We remain loyal patrons of this Super 8 motel."
