"Free breakfast was good. Upon checking in the parking area is very small and compact, our truck was hard to park. We walked into our room and had the end of the bed at our feet. Room was very very small. This is not a resort, its a hotel. The front door is to the outside. Made sure to double lock the door. We instantly asked to pay extra for a better room, they said they didn't have any. We asked for our money back, that this room is not what we expected. They denied the reimbursement. There...

"As a historically important hotel, it is well-maintained, and I liked that the lobby and building's appearance which differentiated it from hotels in other areas, gave a very unique experience. However, it seemed that some training for the staff was necessary. I think the employee's attitude of not even looking at the customer's face when asking something at the front desk was not in line with the dignity of this hotel."
