War alles super. Die Zimmer sind klein jedoch sehr sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet mit einem sehr guten Ausblick auf den Bosporus.

Emplacement excellent

Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil pour chaque petit déjeuner les personnels étaient au petit soins. Je recommande fortement. Les chambres économique on une fenêtre dans la chambre mais n’a pas de vue sur l’extérieur mais une aération à la place et sa se n’est pas agréable

Bra läge och härlig personal!

Hotellet har superbra läge, nära tågstationen och tvärbanan och gångavstånd till kända marknader. Hotellpersonalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma! Ett extra stort plus för frukostbuffén och frukostpersonalen som var fantastiska.

Central to many shops and restaurant/bars and walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The independent rooftop bar/restaurant is split over the neighbouring hotel and has spectacular views of the bosphorus.

The hotel by itself is okay and staff were friendly. Rooms are tiny, if you’re with family and kids definitely not a place to stay. Breakfast was good.

Een fijne ervaring welke we graag nogeens herhalen

Perfecte locatie in het oude deel van Istanbul op loopafstand van vele bezienswaardigheden en nabij tramhalte en ferry om de andere ‘must see’ locaties te bezoeken. Schone en nette kamer en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt op het dakterras is een mooie start van de dag met mooi uitzicht op de gouden hoorn en bosporus en zeer vriendelijke en professionele bediening die net even dat stapje extra doen.

Ich muss sagen Unterkunft sehr schön. Lage super. Aber mein letzter Aufenthalt katastrophal. Zumindest was eine Erstattung angeht. Wir hatten einen familiären Situation (Opa verstorben) in dem wir sehr früh wieder auschecken mussten. Wir haben kein Cent zurück erstattet bekommen, nicht einmal Verständnis dafür bekommen.

From “top” to”bottom” @ Seres Hotel. Top..breakfast on top floor ..great management.good food..great view. Middle..average room..somewhat dated..more than adequate. Bottom 1st floor..It seems the hardest thing to do in Istanbul is “cancelling” hotel transportation. “impossible” is a word that sometimes might be heard. Amazingly enough it might be “cash only”. Might be the only place in Istanbul that won’t take a credit card..weird.

Ich habe noch nie so ein unkulantes Hotel gesehen, habe versehentlich doppelt gebucht. Und extrem viel bezahlt und für das umbuchen möchte das Hotel 40€ pro Nacht!! Im Internet kann man neu schon dasselbe Zimmer für 50€ pro Nacht buchen. Dafür das es in dem Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und ich die ganze Nacht das gebimmel der Straßenbahn gehört habe sehr unfreundlich. Das einzig positive ist, dass es sehr zentral gelegen ist.

The hotel is near all attractions, near all transportation, plenty of places to eat. The air com outside the bedroom door was very noisy. The breakfast was faultless and delicious. Excellent service by breakfast staff in the morning. The reception is not very welcoming and very rude. Don’t like any one complaining. One night we decided to have dinner on the top floor of the hotel. The restaurant had plenty of tables but none for us was available because we did not book. That night as we was leaving the hotel the 2 men from the receptionist trying to get tourist to dine in their restaurant from the street, so they can charge them 3 times the price of food and drink. When we came back that evening I spoke to the manager at the reception. I ask him why we was not told we had to book a table at check in. He was so rude he said no you can just go and sit on any table you don’t need booking if you are staying at the hotel. I was annoyed with this. I said you need tell your staff that and give them proper policies to follow. We stayed 5 days and the manager did not even apologise.
