The hotel was clean, and staff were friendly. Offering breakfast with lodging would have been a good package. The location was good. Close to restaurants and bus stops. TV is only in Turkish. One English Channel would have been OK.

Otelin alt katinda çok şık bir cafe aynı zamanda resepsiyon olarak kullanılıyor. Çalisanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı . Check in ve check out çok kolay ve zaman almadan tapıldı. Odanin genişliği yeterli temizlik ve konfor üst seviyede . Lokasyon merkezi Osman bey metro durağı ve nisantasina 12-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark imkanı yok . Cervrede ücretli otopark bulabiliyorsunuz . Genel olarak izlenimim oldukça olumlu .

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would definitely return! Although my reservation didn’t include breakfast, a professionally crafted hot beverage was prepared daily at the café, which exceeded my expectations.

Good hotel.

Was in Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton. This hotel was at a very convenient walking distance, but at a fraction of the Hilton price. Overall I am very happy with my stay!
