The fridge did not work and they didn’t fix it for four days, I couldn’t have any cold drink. When I booked it they never told that it was the penthouse, I had some problems walking in the room banging my head as I am a tall person. Staff was friendly and kind. Location was very good thank you over all

Room was clean, staff were efficient, breakfast staff were particularly good. Plenty of clothes market stalls right on the doorstep. 15 minute stroll to ferry services. Very convenient for Fenerbahce stadium too

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were kind and very helpful. The breakfast was good, with lots of selections. The location was great. The only downside was the outside noise.

I understand that others rated this hotel highly. However upon my check in, the deposit box had no batteries. The room's door had stopped working due to batteries so that also had to get fixed. Quite noisy at night but that is part of the area's charm. Locationwise however it is excellent and very close to this great food hall called Kadiköy Terminal

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOLE!!! I stayed there for 2 nights. The first day we arrive the AC was broken and the reception said it should be fixed in a few hours, but then the whole night there we don’t have any AC and had to open the door to cope with the heat and the smell from the bathroom drain, but the noise from the street is very loud making it hard to sleep. You cannot imagine how terrible we felt waking up the next day. The second day we again are promised that the AC will be fixed, but after a long day out, we came back late at night not only to see that there’s still no AC, but they did not even clean the room! Not even new towels are supplied! I demanded a reimbursement for the broken AC as a chance for them to compensate for the bad experience, but of course they refused bluntly and said you can comment whatever you want but I don’t do refund. Honestly at this point even a small gesture from them would be enough to make me feel less disappointed but they don’t even bother to offer anything as it’s my last day there. Browsing through the reviews it seems this is not the first time this has happened, and it seems they don’t care about it as long as people are still booking due to the fake positive feedbacks. Facilities-wise it was very old and you can tell they’re all cheap stuffs. I know my review is not gonna be enough to make people stay away from bad businesses like this, but if you’ve come across my review then please, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!

Great but expect a lot of noise from the street,

The staff is really friendly and hotel is newer than most and kept very clean. The only issue I had was noise from the street, which I’m not sure the hotel could be made responsive for. But this impaired my sleep. I had to purchase ear plugs to get through the night. Frequent WIFi outage also occurred often to much frustration since there are not many English channels - found just one.

Sehr nahe dem Zentrum und auch vom Fährhafen gut erreichbar. 15 Minuten zur Metro. Alles fussläufig. Spitzenmäßiges Frühstück und saubere Zimmer. Sehr schlechter W-LAN Empfang und undichtes Fenster.

Oda temizliği ve düzen güzeldi. Konum olarak Boğa Heykeline 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Klima aşırı gürültülü çalışıyordu onun dışında farklı bir havalandırma gibi bir ses sürekli olarak vardı klimanın sesiyle beraber uykusuz bir gece geçirdik. Yatak aşırı yumuşaktı bu konuda da pek yüzümüz gülmedi.

8 Şubat 2025 de konaklama yaptım, otel odaları temiz ve yeni, konumu ideal.. Kahvaltısı sade ve doyurucu, fakaaaaattt odada klima çalışmıyor bir tane kalorifer peteği mevcut, buz gibi...Pencere kapanmıyor, izalasyon için pencereye havlu montaji yaptık.. kışın odada yaşamınizi devam ettirebilmeniz için Kuzey Kutbu tecrübeniz olması gerekiyor.. Resepsiyona oda sıcaklığınin kötü olduğunu bildirdik , klima pek ısıtmaz, sadece kalorifer peteği var dediler....Analizi iyi yapıyorlar yani...sonuç olarak kışın doğada kamp yapmanın egzersizini yapmak isterseniz , ideal bir ortam....

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü

Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve çok ilgililer. Konum olarak harika bir yerde, merkezi. Kadıköy'ün her noktasına erişebilirsiniz fakat bulunduğu lokasyondan ötürü de bir o kadar da gürültülü. Gece hayatı Kadıköy'de yoğun olduğu için istirahat sırasında çok fazla sese maruz kalabiliyorsunuz. Yalıtım anlamında biraz zayıf. Ve son kaldığımızda oda bir türlü ısınmadı, soğuktu. Sabah üşüyerek uyandık. Bunlar dışında f/p bir otel. Kahvaltısı da çok iyi.
