Great place to stay!

I have never stayed at a hotel for women and it's such an incredible place -- safe, clean, with great service. Highly recommend! It's also in a great location with very good food right down the street.

It is safe and clean. Its location - within five minutes of metro and bus - is perfect. There are many dining options nearby and a grocery store right next store. It is the first hotel I consider for my stays in the area.

Great time at Frezya Hotel. The girls were amazing. The room was big and clean, with a beautiful view on the Bosphorus. lovely location surrounded by cafes and restaurants, literally 5 min walk from train station, underground, bus stop, ferries. Highly rcommended.

I loved staying here, even extending my stay. I have multiple food sensitivities and it can be hard to find what I need. However the supermarket next door stocks Gluten-free bread, sugar free drinks and great fruit and veg( Turkiye has great fruit and veg anyway). The Hotel is very recent in opening and they must of worked hard on the sound proofing as it was relatively quiet. The area has so many food options, and the sight of the Bosphorous and the many Mosques around is a wonderful way to start and end the day. I slept well, and the staff are professional and welcoming. If cleaning staff could remember to top up water in fridge that would be great. Cleaning is carried out each day and they are thorough. There are some design oddities in the room like there should of been a space behind the work desk to slip the electric cord for the socket, which is underneath the table. Plus the constant flashing of a light from a plug in the room. But the room also has plenty of storage space so you don't feel cramped or that you have to live out of your suitcase. It was a very comfortable stay.

I love the concept and the idea of feeling safe as a woman, but the hotel doesn't have phones in the rooms which resulted in a lot of confusion/inconveniences. The first day a woman from another room had issues with her door and instead of her door being opened, my door began to lock and unlock automatically with a loud noise as if someone was trying to enter around 5 AM and continued for hours - the confusion easily would have been solved if there were phones in the rooms. The second similar incident happened when I asked for late checkout, the hotel owners or managers entered my room without knocking as I was getting dressed, and gave a lackluster apology. Again, with a better system and phones in the rooms, I think they would have known the room was still occupied, and if their intention was to see if I had left, a phone call would have sufficed. Devrim at the front desk was lovely and sweet, but my overall stay, aside from being very happy with the concept and decoration, was uncomfortable and marked by inconveniences that make it seem as if they are still working their new business kinks out, but definitely full of potential to be an excellent choice for women travelers.

While this property is strictly a women’s only hotel, beyond safety this hotel doesn’t really cater to women. This hotel felt like it was very much designed by a man. That all to say it’s a fairly new hotel and so there is lots of time for improvement. The room we stayed in is a good size but the beds are small (twin size). The room had two large closets that are not really needed. I would prefer a slightly larger bed and one less closet. The room had an extremely small fridge that could not even store a standard sized carry out container. The room lacked a microwave, tv and safe. The room also had only one full length mirror which if this is a women’s hotel seems very strange because that’s something we need more of considering there were two of us in the room. But l think the biggest issue of all was that the room was HOT. I mean extremely hot all the time. We checked multiple times and the heater was off yet it was also very hot in our room. The bedding they use (not fully cotton) also made this so much worse as it would stick to you and trap the heat in. Overall clean hotel, nice staff, we felt very safe staying here as two female travelers but not really a women’s hotel just a women’s only hotel.

İkinci kez konakladığım otelden yine yeniden memnun kaldım.Nisanda geldiğimde teras hizmeti ya yoktu ya da ben bilmiyordum.Terasta olmuş daha güzel olmuş.Mescidi,abdesthanesi hepsi düşünülmüş.Tek eksik odada seccade olmayışı.Belki makyaj aynası ve tvde eklene bilir.Onun dışında güvenilir ve merkezi bir yer.Herkese tavsiye ederim.Bir sonraki için yine Frezya otel tercihimdir.
