Everyone was so kind to us during our stay. It's very clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Parking wasn't an issue because the hotel always makes sure we had our car in the garage or safely parked on the street. There is a marker right across the street for snacks and drinks so we didn't have to go far. There are many café and late night food because we were up most nights

The room was clean and equipped with air conditioner, heater, washer/dryer and an equipped kitchen. The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and spoke fantastic english, and always thought about the customer to offer the best accomodation experience. Call for assistance was responsive! An absolute pleasure to stay here! Staff were amazing, upgrading us for free as our initial request had been forgotten. The apartment was clean, with all amenities needed. Even did the washing whilst we were there. Amazing AC unit, WiFi was brilliant, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend this place, and if I go to Istanbul again, I will definitely be staying here again!
