"We booked three rooms for a one night stay. The management couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The morning we were leaving it was pouring down rain and they helped us secure a porter to take our luggage to our water taxi. They also helped us cover a couple pieces of luggage with black garbage bags. The location was great. "This was a beautiful hotel and located on the canal. Great views of the gondolas. The bar and outside seating area was very nice and had a great view on the water. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location and very walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. The bathtub/shower was somewhat narrow and small and didn’t have good water pressure. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is in arguably the best neighborhood in Venice, with amazing food, beautiful canals, and far less hustle and bustle of the tourist zones. The staff were absolutely incredible, even going so far as to pack us a breakfast for our 3:30 am departure from the hotel via water taxi. Would come back any time!"
