From the moment we booked, Impressions Isla Mujeres demonstrated a level of service that exceeded even our high expectations. They connected us with a reliable transportation company—our driver, Darwin, was professional and punctual—and the seamless communication before we even left the airport set the tone for our stay.
Arriving at the marina, we boarded the hotel’s private catamaran—a beautiful vessel with drinks and friendly staff. It was a pleasant, scenic ride that made it feel like our vacation began the moment we stepped on board.
At the hotel, we were greeted with a warm “Welcome home” and a refreshing drink. We were introduced to our butlers, Raffa and Zelma, who stayed in touch via WhatsApp throughout our stay. Raffa, especially, went out of his way—securing souvenirs and medicine when we needed them—demonstrating a truly high standard of service.
During our stay, we also met Frankie at the retro party—he was incredibly kind, helpful, and a pleasure to run into again during the Five Diamonds celebration.
The property itself is breathtaking. With multiple levels and beautifully designed spaces, there are so many different environments to enjoy. The architecture and interior design are stunning, and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous—especially from the rooftop restaurant Unik, which offers truly spectacular views. The entire setting feels very romantic, and it was perfect for a trip with my husband.
