The bow DELEK Holbox (changed owners right before we got there) couldn’t have been any better. Way on the far end of Holbox away from the city and all the other hotels. Super close to Punta Coco and Passion Island where all the Flamingos are. Despite changing over systems with new ownership staff went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time in Holbox. Food was quite good and breakfast being included was awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone. Oh and there r water taxi’s that drop you off right on their beach from the port of Chiquila

The hotel itself is beautiful. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable, and impeccably clean. Breakfast, which was included, was good and enjoyable. However, we also tried having dinner at the restaurant and found the food to be very mediocre, especially considering the hotel’s standards. One important thing to consider is the location. The hotel is quite far from downtown, and each trip costs around 200 pesos, which adds up quickly. The beach in front of the hotel is small and not ideal for long walks, unlike the other side of the island (my last stay), which ended up being my favorite. Additionally, there was ongoing construction on the beach as part of the hotel’s expansion, and the noise from the equipment was noticeable and disruptive at times. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but the location, beach limitations, and construction noise are important factors to keep in mind when booking.

Our stay was excellent. Staff was great, food was good, room was nice. Not the best beach on the island but it was only a short walk to another. Great place to watch the sunset! Highly recommend it.

The Naay is perfect for the traveller who wants to have a quiet and unhurried break and still have access to all the hustle of a fun, vibrant tourist town. The staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would stay here again in the swim-out room!

Gorgeous hotel. Bedrooms and facilities were lovely and well looked after. Unfortunately the food was bland and tasteless, and the service was a little disorganised and inexperienced. For the price, I think there are better places to stay on the island.

Excellent Staff!

Isaac, Reyna, Patricia and all staff members were attentive and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Location of the hotel was just what we were looking for; quiet and away from town. If you wanted to get to the hustle and bustle a Taxi (ATV) is just a call away.

I really enjoyed staying at Naay boutique hotel Luis the waiter was amazing and very helpful Reina in the front was very helpful and took care of us. Very good. I highly recommend this place. There's a lot to do around Beach area it's a nice walk to the plaza The sunset is breathtaking. It's beautiful and I would definitely go back

I can’t say enough good things about Naay Boutique Hotel in Punta Cocos, Holbox. The food was incredible, but the staff were truly what made this place unforgettable. Reyna and Isaac at the front desk were phenomenal, they helped us plan amazing tours, gave us insider tips about the island, and even helped us get the best golf cart rental. Olga and Antonio in food and beverage made every meal feel like something special. Their kindness and attention to detail made a huge impression on us. I wish I could remember the name of the security guard, because he went above and beyond, making sure we had packed lunches ready overnight for early morning excursions and even our long trip back to Cancún. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and the pool is just chef’s kiss. I honestly don’t want to stay anywhere else, Naay has completely raised the bar. I miss it already.

The hotel design and construction is excellent. The pool is well designed and fun. If you like swimming in the ocean, the water there often has a strong current. The dinner menu is limited but the food good. However, people don't eat till late, so if you are eating around 7pm, you will be dining alone. The breakfast is tasty, but the service a little erratic and slow. Over all, the staff are very helpful and very friendly.

The staff was incredible and made our stay so lovely. They were attentive and timely. Manuel and Jhouze were wonderful. They provided great service and were always positive as well as accommodating. The hotel was gorgeous, comfortable and clean.
