Pros: Location, staff service at bar is top and the layout of the hotel, really recommend the suite, very spacious. Cons: Early noise by staff like cleaning public areas, maintenance, recommend doing those after 9 or 10 am. Check out at 11AM is crazy, had to leave the room even though I had to depart the island until 1PM. Other than that, recommend the place.

The live music is loud until midnight every night. The ECO TAX, which cost almost 300 USD, was unexpected and felt like a scam. The hotel MRG explained to me that we have to pay the tax. I didn't want to check out and find another place. I'm not going back to the Arena.

If you like sleep - stay somewhere else. There is a rooftop bar and the music is so loud it was like trying to go to sleep at a rave. Party people walked up and down to the roof and we could hear it all. Then in the morning the boutique next door played super loud music at 8 am. So we had very poor sleep every night. It was stressful. The place itself it’s pleasing but the noise level is a complete dealbreaker for us. And btw - we were staying in the back of building where it was more “quiet”.

Bonne surprise à recommander !

Très joli hôtel, décoré avec goût, équipements de la chambre au top, eau à disposition et lits confortables. L'hôtel est sur la rue principale mais sans le bruit de l'extérieur, restos à 2 pas et plage à 5 minutes. Personnel accueillant, chambre faite tous les jours ce qui ne nous a pas paru indispensable pour un séjour de 2 nuits. Super douche avec eau chaude pour les frileux. Roof top au dernier étage ouvert jusqu'à 23h au moins et ouvert au public donc n'espérez pas dormir avant.

Aspectos de servicio al cliente: Se resalta que no tuvimos una recepción ni entrega de habitación como se debía, la plataforma indica que el servicio de recepción es de 9am a 5 pm, sin embargo, la plataforma te permite hacer reservaciones para ese mismo día después de las 5 pm lo que es algo incongruente según sus políticas de reservación. Llegamos al hotel y no había quien nos diera la habitación por lo que nos atendió el chico del bar, aunado a esto tuvimos un problema por la cantidad de personas que éramos (3 personas, para una habitación de 4 personas). El problema radicaba en que la habitación (de dos camas matrimoniales) solamente se había reservado para dos personas. Sin embargo, en la aplicación se hizo una reservación por habitación y no por personas, que fue justo el precio que se pagó (aprox 1250 pesos por una noche). La solución que nos daban era que teníamos que pagar por la persona adicional. Pero este no era el problema principal, sino que el precio de la persona adicional nos lo querían cobrar el 650 pesos, siendo que en las políticas del hotel el costo que se menciona es de 350 pesos por persona adicional ( por lo que nos querían cobrar el doble sin razón alguna). Cosa que fue de muy mal gusto En fin, nos terminaron haciendo un disque descuento por las molestias pero aún así terminamos pagando los 350 por la persona adicional, sino nos quedaríamos sin habitación. Pd: las habitaciones estaban limpias pero el trato y el servicio al cliente fue pesimo

Es bonito pero ten en cuenta que hay que subir muchas escaleras con maletas y nadie que ayude. Área ruidosa desde temprano, no están orientados al servicio al cliente y encima de todo estuvimos por largos periodos sin agua y sin un plan B para ayudarnos a solventar.
