"Good: Clean rooms, large shower, very comfortable bed, good tv set, excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Bad: Windows don't open (no air from outside). breakfast is just $10 vouchers for the adjacent bakery with very small variety. Corridors between rooms are very tight in width."

"Room has some dark substance mushed into floor that my son stepped in, ac wasn’t working had to have worker come in and work on it. The room had a musty smell to it, used toiletries were left in the bathroom. "

"Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was roomy for two people with a modern full size bathroom. We were allowed to check in at no additional cost (typically they charge $40) but the man at the front desk was very nice since we had alot of bags. — there is nowhere to store bags if your room is not ready so plan accordingly. The room was very clean, air conditioning and heating worked great, WiFi was strong, however walls were thin. You could hear pretty much everything because rooms are close together. This hotel is close to the projects so keep that in mind. This isn’t the nicest area of queens. But I never feared for my safety and found it easy to get around. This is a short 5m walk to the Q66 bus and the F train. "
