"Hotel needs maintenance and repairs, super deteriorating "

"The room was decent and clean. The beds were comfortable but they gave us small square pillows and only 3. Made it hard to get the pillows right. Breakfast was lackluster. The eggs were powdered and watery, the sausage was sitting in grease. No yogurts or breads but white bread. The coffee tasted burnt. Only eggs and sausage as choices, very limited. "

"The A/C did have some issues. One couldn't really tell whether it was working properly or not. The room would not cool/heat when using the buttons on the unit consistently. "

"When I arrived the heat was stuck on high, I left at 5pm and asked them to check the room and fix it, when I returned after midnight it was still on high and the room was unbearably hot, it didn't seem as though anyone had done anything. This ended up with me needing to repack and switch rooms at 2am. I should be refunded for this stay. "

"The room felt very neglected. Smelled like dog, piss. Crumbs on the carpet. Toilet didnt work when we first arrived, although maintenance came to fix it. Woke up the morning after check in and the television was out. We were told several occupants were without a TV. Horrible stay"
