Dirty room old linens unresponsive staff. No amenities at all and high price. The only good thing was location to bus and train. Interlaken is beautiful but this hotel is definitely a no don’t go!

It was roomy, all details including bed lamps and and shower necessities were handled well. It was quiet and clean. The building was a bit old, doors a bit dilapidated, and a bit expensive.

Easy check in. The room was comfortable but wished it had more electrical outlets & convenient light switches. Location was excellent as there were a lot of restaurant options & close to the Interlaken West train station. Nice overlooking the park where the paragliders land. Staff were great & helpful.

We’re traveling as college students and were looking for something a bit more private than a hostel, so this was the perfect place for our budget and location. Ended up being a great central spot off of a park/next to bus stop/super super walkable to most things! Also probably the one place in Interlaken with AC so that was a lifesaver! Thank you!
