Hotels in Inlet Beach, Panama City Beach

"Hotel has good rating on hotels.com but after booking, reviews on sites such as expedia, were not that great. Location is great, amenities are dated and so are the rooms. The walls are thin, the carpet is old and the elevators are shabby due to the hotel needing to be updated. The staff at the desk are not friendly, but the staff everywhere else are very friendly and accommodating. I suggest bringing your own beach chairs and umbrellas as the hotel charges $30/day for them. The other rental company charges more than that. This is a good place for a quick getaway, but if you're looking for resort style and upscale, this ain it. "

"This trip was my 4th time staying at this property and will be the last unless things change drastically. The common areas were filthy with garbage Laying outside the elevators for days, mattresses leaning against the railings. Waited 3 days for clean towels in our room. Zero towels at pool for entire 8 days, no hot coffee or fresh water in lobby. Elevators stink like beer and puke. Was charged a “resort” fee and we couldn’t even use the play area because it was a mess. Someone had puked on the common picnic table the day we arrived, I reported it every day to the front desk and its still remains caked and disgusting on the day we left. Very uninterested workers.i feel bad writing this review since I have thoroughly enjoyed my recent stays. I understand spring break can be challenging, but I paid top dollar for my family vacation and it was mostly anxiety ridden. Also, whoever is in charge of cleaning up the beach, especially the areas of close to the resort are not doing their job."

"I have stayed in some bad hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. Not only do you have to park in a vacant lot across the street (yes, rain and traffic) but one of the elevators was out. It's when I got to the room when I realized had bad it is. Wanted to call the office Sorry not phone in the room. Wanted to set a wake-up call for the next morning, sorry no alarm in the room. I know, people in the future will stay here, but I assure you there are better places"

"Our room was dusty, has to request for vacuum. It had sink bugs and room was not clean daily, had to request daily. Our bed was never made, unsure why when room was cleaned."

"Clean room and linens. We rented the beach front room with a king and built in bunk beds for our children. It was perfect for us and our children loved it! So much to do as far as pools, lazy river, quick beach access. We weren’t there long enough to do everything but the 2 days we were it was simply perfect. We will be back! "

"Property was a bit run down and needs to be renovated. AC vent fan was broke, balcony door knob was broken and the door was swollen to where it wouldn’t close. Wound up canceling and finding another place to stay. "

"It is like a glorified motel 6 on the water. Do not stay here!! Yes, it has a balcony you can sit on and see the water but you can’t sit there peacefully without smelling marijuana the entire time! Springhill Suites is next door and is more expensive but look like Taj Mahal compared to this hotel. The pictures online are AI, so don’t fall for it like I did! "
