"I stayed overnight en-route to visit family, and it was so good I stayed on the way back too! Friendly, welcoming and very helpful team. Pub great - a true car and bike themed venue with plenty of interesting memorabilia on display, magazines/books to read, games to play if you wish. Plenty of parking. Sunrise views. "This lovely little pub/hotel punches well above its weight in terms of quality and value. Very engaging staff team providing a comfortable stay, nothing too much trouble. Restaurant food was superb and so much better than the homogeneous chain hotel fare. Convenient for stroll into town and a few metres from the racecourse/parkrun. "
