"This is such a fantastic hotel. The property is very nice - clean, quiet, convenient. What sets it apart however is the fantastic staff. The women at the reception when we arrived was incredibly helpful. She waited outside in the rain to help with a parking spot. The included breakfast was delicious. Miranda went out of her way to prepare a breakfast to bring up to my wife who was running a bit behind schedule. We were able to walk to all of the important areas within the city. Great...

"Beautiful hotel! Very comfortable bed and bedding. Room and bathroom absolutely lovely decor and clean. Lots of places in the hotel to sit and enjoy. So close to the town and tourist spots. If I had to say one negative our room was a little small - stepping around our bags all the time. "

"Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll. Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead. Very clean and well kept property. "

"This is a very nice place. Very pleased to have stayed here. The pub was super. It has a motor sports theme, right up our alley. Good clean rooms, good hot water, clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again."

"From our arrival to our departure we were made to feel very welcome, we had a lovely night's stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful and greeted us warmly. The food was exceptional, we had an evening meal and breakfast with timely service and attention to detail. We thought the whole experience of our stay was great and nothing was too much trouble. There was a Farmers Market on in the grounds when we were leaving which seemed to be going well and I'd imagine would bring in more...
