We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Third stay here, and the staff have consistently benn friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Take you to your room and leave, no hanging around thinking of a tip."
